湖小區內，翠湖小區由政府和港商合作建成，一部分作為安置房給了拆遷戶，另一部分則當做商品房對外銷售。開盤時一平米不到四百，現如今已經漲到五百多，漲的這麼快得益於旁邊的交易市場。
