個代表上主席臺發言，最後是校長發言。師大附中的校長楊明是個六十歲左右的老人。楊明簡短地說了兩句就宣佈師大附中第四十三屆運動會正式開始！全校鼓掌，掌聲雷動。

之前每個班都發了兩本冊子，上面有比賽專案的安排以及參與的人。周春景讓一個男生拿了塊小黑板放在三班的區域，讓負責後勤的呂娟把上午有比賽專案的人以及要參加的比賽和時間都寫在小黑板上，並且要提前通知參賽同學。
